- Due to the architectural structure of old town houses, staircase is steep. Please be careful when elderly people or small child stays. If you prefer, we can prepare futon beddings on the first floor to avoid danger. Please let us know when you make a reservation.
- We fully respect and preserve the historical value of Machiya when we renovated Rinn Premium Series. So you might feel uncomfortable to stay in Machiya compared with modern hotels, especially the insulation of noise and sunlight. Some guests filed grievances that their sleep was disturbed by the noise of footsteps or sunlight from Shoji curtain made of paper.We appreciate your understanding.
