All of our machiya houses are high-grade machiya houses. If you are traveling together with two or three groups, please write in the remarks column. We will find you a facility with a row of houses.

How to check-in / check-out
Rinn Premium is a private ryokan with no staff on the premises. Therefore, the check-in procedure location is different from that of the accommodation. Free shuttle service is available from the check-in location to your accommodation (*There is a charge if only luggage is delivered to the accommodation).

Due to the ordinance of Kyoto City, face to face check-in is mandated. As our hotels are vacation rentals without check-in counters, we have to ask our guests to check in at the below check-in counter which locates different place from your accommodation.

Check-in / Please proceed to the machiya reception for check-in procedures.
Check-out /When checking out, simply return the card key to the designated area in the accommodation. There is no need to stop by the reception facility again.

Cancellation Policy
As we offer a special rate plan, cancellation fee is free if you notify us 8 days prior to your stay; 100% of the room charge will be charged from 7 days prior, and 100% of the room charge if you cancel on the day of your stay or do not stay overnight.

Notes
- This promotion is valid for stays with check-out by Monday, June 30, 2025.
*Excluded periods are March 21 to April 12, 2025, and April 29 to May 5, 2025 (inclusive). - We will reserve a Machiya available for you once your booking has been made. If there are no availability for your preferred dates, our staff will contact you as soon as possible.
- We will calculate the accommodation fee based on our standard rate chart. Please note that the rates listed are for one night's stay for double occupancy. For parties of more than 2 guests, an additional charge of 6,500 yen (tax included) per person per night will be applied.
- Accommodation tax (200-1000 yen per person per night) will be charged in addition to the room rate. Accommodation tax and options (e.g. meals) are exempt from discount.
- You can order breakfast and/or dinner which will be catered to your Machiya. Breakfast is an option, and not included in the rate. Please ask our staff about the price of meals if you choose this option.
- This promotion is applicable when you stay more than 3 straight nights at one accommodation.
- This promotion requires a minimum stay of 3 nights (2 nights at the regular rate + 1 night free).
- When applying this promotion, the lowest nightly rate during your stay will be free of charge.
