Campaign Terms and Conditions (with Additional Clauses)
- Only the accommodation fee and accommodation tax for “Rinn Premium Machiya" will be free of charge. Transportation expenses and other costs will be the responsibility of the winner.
- The stay does not include meals.If you wish to have meals, please note that additional charges will apply.
- By following our official English social media accounts and completing the survey, you will be entered into a draw to win a 1-night complimentary stay for 3 groups of winners (accommodation costs covered for up to 4 guests per group).
- The stay must be at the Machiya listed on our website.
- The eligible stay period for the complimentary stay is from May 26th, 2025 to check-in by September 30th, 2025.
- If you wish to extend your stay, please inquire when you are notified of your win or at the time of your reservation, as we offer attractive rates for additional nights. If you plan to stay with five or more guests, additional charges will apply. Please contact us when making your reservation.
- The application period is until April 27th, 2025. Winners will be notified via email. We plan to announce the winners around early May 2025. We also plan to announce the notification schedule for winners on our social media channels.

The complimentary stay cannot be transferred or sold. - ID Verification
